What is included in the $179.97 per hour Repair Service?Our Repair Service covers the diagnosis and repair of malfunctioning security devices, replacement of faulty wiring, software updates, battery replacements, troubleshooting network issues, and more. Please note that this rate does not include the cost of any replacement devices or components.

What does the $397.97 per month Maintenance Package cover?The Maintenance Package includes quarterly system inspections, preventive maintenance, cleaning and calibration of sensors, software updates, battery health checks, and priority scheduling for service appointments. However, this package does not cover the cost of any device or component replacements.

What does the $997.97 per month Maintenance and Repair Package include?This comprehensive package includes everything in the Maintenance Package, plus unlimited repair services, free replacement of standard parts, annual system upgrade consultation, priority emergency repair services, and an annual audit of your security infrastructure. Services are provided during regular business hours.

Is customer support available 24/7?Yes, we offer 24/7 customer support for troubleshooting and minor adjustments. However, support provided outside regular business hours is billed at $179.97 per hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

Do you offer warranty work?No, we do not perform warranty work. If a device or component is malfunctioning and still under warranty, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Our workmanship is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of service.

What happens if a problem occurs after hours?If you need assistance outside regular business hours, you can still receive support, but it will be billed at $179.97 per hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Emergency repairs during non-business hours will also incur a trip charge.

How often do you perform maintenance under the Maintenance Package?Maintenance under our Maintenance Package is performed quarterly, ensuring your security systems remain in optimal condition throughout the year.

Are parts and components included in the Maintenance and Repair Package?Yes, the Maintenance and Repair Package includes free replacement of standard parts such as sensors, batteries, and wiring. However, any non-standard components or devices will incur additional charges.

How do I know if I need a repair or just routine maintenance?If you're experiencing specific issues with your security system, such as malfunctions or alarms not working correctly, you may need our Repair Service. Routine Maintenance is for general upkeep and preventive measures to ensure your system remains functional and efficient.
